About the Role
We are looking for a SAFe PMO to support the management of complex projects within a demanding and structured Defense environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement and manage project/program governance in a SAFe framework
- βStructure and track plans, milestones, and dependencies (PI Planning, roadmaps)
- βEnsure monitoring of costs, charges, and budgets (cost control)
- βManage risks and opportunities
- βConsolidate and produce reports for management and steering bodies
- βSupport teams in the adoption of SAFe processes and rituals
- βContribute to continuous improvement of PMO and Agile practices at the program level
Requirements
- βExperience in SAFe project management
- βStrong understanding of project governance
- βAbility to structure and track complex plans and dependencies
- βExperience in cost control and budget management
- βKnowledge of risk management methodologies
- βAbility to produce comprehensive reports
- βExperience in supporting teams with process adoption
- βCommitment to continuous improvement of practices
