About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Annecy. This role focuses on facilitating agile processes and ensuring smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βFacilitate Scrum rituals (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review)
- βProvide progress indicators and development status updates
- βEnhance communication with stakeholders and streamline exchanges
- βPromote continuous improvement within the squad
- βEnsure team adherence to internal processes
- βIdentify and resolve blockers encountered by developers
- βReport obstacles, discrepancies, or synchronization issues to Product Owner and leader
- βCollaborate with Product Owner to share product vision and co-create achievable goals
- βInform Product Owner of any elements impacting sprint objectives
Requirements
- βMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- βStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- βExperience with Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools
- βAbility to facilitate team communication and process improvement
- βExperience working in multidisciplinary squads
