• Contexte : dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes agiles à l’échelle, nous recherchons un(e) Scrum Master expérimenté(e) évoluant en environnement SAFE pour accompagner plusieurs équipes de développement (java) 
Vos missions principales : liste non exhaustive plus de détails par téléphone
• Animer les rituels agiles (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Rétrospective)
• Accompagner une ou plusieurs équipes dans l’application des principes Scrum et SAFE
• Faciliter les événements à l’échelle 
• Identifier et lever les obstacles 
• Collaborer étroitement avec les Product Owners, Release Train Engineer et Architectes
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance 
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques agiles
• Participer aux échanges techniques grâce à votre background en développement Java
