About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead and structure UX design work to optimize the user experience and contribute to the strategic vision of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and organize UX design activities: workshops, interviews, co-design sessions, and more
- →Identify and prioritize issues with the highest business value
- →Support the Product Owner (PO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) in defining and evolving the product's strategic vision
- →Conduct user interviews and UX research
- →Analyze existing UX work across various projects to synthesize requirements
- →Prioritize actions to facilitate and optimize the user experience
- →Design new interface concepts that address specific needs
- →Identify and formulate recommendations for improving existing interfaces to adapt them to current usage patterns
- →Promote solution adoption through a smoother, more intuitive, and engaging user experience
