About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Sprengnetter, a company that simplifies real estate valuation since 1978. This role focuses on developing and managing our valuation product portfolio, aiming to create a leading Valuation Hub platform within the Scout24 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage the product and market strategy for our valuation products
- →Lead the consolidation of existing valuation products into a scalable platform
- →Take financial responsibility (P&L) for the product portfolio
- →Drive integration of our valuation services into existing platforms and APIs
- →Ensure regulatory compliance and identify innovation opportunities
- →Understand the needs of our core target group, particularly real estate agents
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B or B2B2C platform environments
- ✓Good market and product understanding of the real estate or financial industry
- ✓Experience in scaling products
- ✓Ability to simplify complex issues and make clear product decisions
- ✓Experience working with technical teams and basic understanding of API and platform architectures
- ✓Experience in effectively using AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving
- ✓Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
