About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Scout24, the leading online marketplace in Germany and Austria. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic B2B client relationships to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take strategic responsibility for your own B2B client portfolio and actively manage it to achieve company goals
- →Develop a deep understanding of individual client needs and advise them with tailored solutions from our diverse product portfolio
- →Implement targeted cross-selling and up-selling measures, online workshops, and personal on-site meetings to contribute to client success
- →Support clients with customized campaigns and data-based performance management to optimize their portfolios
- →Focus on consistently achieving relevant sales targets and KPIs to secure measurable business results
Requirements
- ✓Completed commercial training or equivalent relevant experience in B2B sales or strategic account management, preferably in the real estate industry
- ✓Strong affinity for customer relationship management and solution selling
- ✓Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented approach with a focus on efficient problem-solving
- ✓High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and reliability as a basis for sustainable success
- ✓Proficient use of CRM systems like Salesforce for targeted management and optimization of sales activities
- ✓Engaged team player with a passion for collaboration and a desire to achieve success together
- ✓Experience using modern AI tools to increase productivity, analysis, and solution finding
- ✓Excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage
