About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales to lead our team in selling Scribe's AI Workflow platform to C-Suite executives and LOB leaders at large enterprise organizations. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate autonomously while mentoring a team of 8 strategic account executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and lead a team of strategic account executives focused on selling Scribe Workflow AI to named accounts in North America
- →Coach the team to close and expand deals while developing account and territory plans
- →Lead complex sales processes, coordinating across legal, deal desk, and R&D teams
- →Instill operational excellence through consistent, high-quality weekly forecasts
- →Drive sales process repeatability and forecast accuracy to close opportunities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of front-line field enterprise sales leadership with business application software
- ✓10+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience as an IC/Manager
- ✓Experience leading teams selling emerging technologies with a top-down approach
- ✓Proven track record of closing high 6-figure and some 7-figure ACV deals
- ✓Day-to-day executive sponsorship for deals and accounts within F500
- ✓Skilled at recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent
- ✓Willingness to undertake extensive national travel
