About the Role
Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator I to support enterprise IT systems at NIWC Pacific in San Diego. This position provides hands-on support for secure network environments and service desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network systems
- →Manage user accounts (Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms)
- →Provide service desk support via phone, email, chat, and walk-up
- →Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- →Support endpoint management tools, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, and related applications
- →Ensure compliance with DoD Cyber Workforce (CWF) requirements
- →Assist with secure laboratory operations and documentation
Requirements
- ✓Active Security+CE certification
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- ✓Active Secret Security Clearance
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
