About the Role
We are looking for a talented Solution Developer (Requirement/Test/Support) to join our Calypso Maintenance and QA team at SEB. This role involves developing, maintaining, and improving complex IT solutions that deliver continuous value to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeveloping and maintaining high-quality IT solutions, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, acceptance criteria and testing
- βDriving technology business plan activities and investigating new technologies for improvement opportunities
- βParticipating in planning and follow-up to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
- βCollaborating with stakeholders to understand customer needs and take responsibility for value deliveries
- βSharing knowledge and contributing to team development
- βTaking responsibility for personal competence development
Requirements
- βTechnically curious mind motivated by issue resolution
- βPractical knowledge with JAVA8 and Oracle 19
- βProven experience in software development/support and enterprise level system design
- βExperience with analysis of static code, system logs and database structure
- βFamiliarity with test automation frameworks and different testing types
- βExamples of proactive improvements, process optimizations, and technical leadership
- βUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile principles
- βExperience in working with JIRA or similar development management tools
- βInterest in financial and capital markets products
- βKnowledge of Calypso system, especially Back Office
- βKnowledge of jUnit, Mockito, Gradle, Artifactory, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkstyle, Linux and/or Cloud technologies
- βProficiency in English (oral and written)
