About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing global team at Sectigo. This role supports our Corporate FP&A function and is responsible for preparing and overseeing recurring reporting packages, completing monthly variance analysis of expenses and headcount, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and oversee recurring reporting packages for the executive team, CEO, Investors, and the Board
- →Provide analytical support and ad hoc reporting across all executive functions
- →Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to review results and prepare variance analysis
- →Track and report on headcount actuals and variances to budget with People Operations
- →Participate in the annual budget and reforecast process, including project management and assessment of results
- →Present results to the senior management team
- →Perform various ad hoc analysis as directed by FP&A leadership
- →Serve as a resource for analysis and due diligence related to M&A activity
Requirements
- ✓Experience in financial planning and analysis
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Proficiency in financial reporting and variance analysis
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present to senior leadership
- ✓Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- ✓Knowledge of accounting principles and financial metrics
