About the Role
We are looking for a Pacom Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for Pacom applications across global networks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide day-to-day support for all Pacom applications deployed by the customer throughout their global network
- →Continuously review transactional activity by region to ensure consistency and continuity of detail being reported
- →Arrange and facilitate regular local operational team review sessions
- →Provide required support to the business to support new technology refresh initiatives/projects
- →Provide local site support for all Pacom application upgrade activities
- →Take a lead role in the management activities for all Pacom application failures/outages
- →Support the PS-IT on-call roster one week per calendar month
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Pacom applications and global network support
- ✓Strong understanding of transactional activity review processes
- ✓Ability to facilitate operational team review sessions
- ✓Knowledge of technology refresh initiatives and application upgrade activities
- ✓Experience in managing application failures and outages
- ✓Ability to support on-call roster requirements
