About the Role
We are seeking a Security Solutions Developer to design and develop security solutions across Communications, Fire, and Electronic Security. This role requires collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and create compliant designs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and develop security solutions across Comms, Fire, and Electronic Security
- →Understand customer needs and identify solution gaps to meet local market demands
- →Ensure all designs meet product, regulatory, and standards compliance
- →Stay informed on market trends and developments to support competitive solutions
- →Communicate solution capabilities clearly to commercial and operational teams
- →Leverage existing national and international solutions, working with European colleagues
- →Produce detailed scopes of work, including bespoke requirements for Comms solutions
- →Create accurate and comprehensive costing documentation for approval
- →Develop detailed technical drawings showing system layouts and dependencies
- →Produce implementation programmes outlining key steps, durations, and milestones
- →Support opportunity conversion by delivering high-quality design and documentation
Requirements
- ✓Ability to define and develop security solutions across multiple domains
- ✓Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- ✓Experience with technical documentation and design
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of market trends and competitive solutions
- ✓Proficiency in creating detailed scopes of work and costing documentation
- ✓Experience with technical drawing and system layouts
- ✓Ability to produce implementation programmes with clear milestones
- ✓Strong communication skills to convey solution capabilities

- ✓Conversion rate of opportunities assigned to you to design
- ✓Produce and design all required documentation in line with the sales process
- ✓Adherence to client timeframes and approval processes
- ✓Willingness to perform any other duties as directed by the Design Manager
