About the Role
We are looking for a Security Operations Center Monitor to support 24/7 security operations with shift rotation. This role involves monitoring physical security operations at designated sites and ensuring proper security measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor physical security operations at designated sites, including remote sites within a geographical area
- →Monitor cameras and access control systems covering data halls and entry/exit doors
- →Dispatch appropriate personnel as necessary
- →Maintain accurate logs and records
- →Follow standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits
- →Identify and escalate issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures
- →Brief oncoming PSOC Monitor on incidents during the shift
- →Identify security shortfalls and communicate them using the organizational chain of command
- →Prepare written and electronic logs and reports
- →Collect complete information for detailed reports and appropriate follow-up
- →Perform additional tasks assigned by the designated manager
