About the Role
We are looking for a Security Training Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining training programs for security staff.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, develop, and monitor compliance with work instructions
- →Conduct orientation and regular refresher training for new and existing team members
- →Ensure all security staff maintain a professional appearance and wear the agreed uniform during their shifts
- →Develop and manage a comprehensive training plan for all security staff
- →Fully document and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, including detailed communication with the customer's team
- →Coordinate security-related responses to emergency events and escalate as needed to the customer
Requirements
- ✓Experience in security training and development
- ✓Strong organizational and coordination skills
- ✓Excellent communication abilities
- ✓Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- ✓Ability to develop training materials and plans
- ✓Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
