About the Role
This is a pivotal Customer Success role partnering closely with Sales to drive behavioural change, product adoption and sustainable customer growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and design strategic engagement plans
- →Use customer data and performance insights to uncover opportunities and mitigate retention risk
- →Facilitate high-impact training sessions, workshops and executive briefings
- →Consult with clients on their end-to-end recruitment strategy and process optimisation
- →Act as the voice of the customer by feeding insights back to Product and Commercial teams
- →Build strong internal alignment across Sales, Customer Service and Senior Sales Leadership
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring workflows
- ✓Proven Customer Success or Account Management experience
- ✓Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- ✓Experience in driving product adoption and usage growth
