About the Role
You will join SEEK's dedicated team of Experimentation data scientists, responsible for understanding value drivers of global services/products, assessing performance, and identifying improvement opportunities through rigorous analysis and experiment design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand service/product value drivers
- →Develop knowledge of use cases, user behaviors, segmentation, and service mechanics
- →Run experiments and support improvement of the experiment framework
- →Devise techniques for automated algorithms optimization
- →Drive continuous improvement of experimentation framework
- →Work with engineers to improve data collection and testing
- →Analyze experiments and drive product improvement
- →Design experiments that address hypotheses
- →Test hypotheses and analyze results
- →Communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
- ✓Strong grasp of statistical concepts and experimental design
- ✓Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience working with large, complex datasets
- ✓Familiarity with analytical tools and experimentation platforms
- ✓Ability to collaborate across functions
- ✓Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
- ✓Knowledge of A/B testing, interleaving, and Bayesian methods
