About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for SME portfolio to build and nurture relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. This role will serve as a strategic partner helping businesses grow through Jobstreet.com’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients through regular touchpoints via volume calls and occasional client visits, identifying opportunities to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- →Demonstrate knowledge in market trends, stay up to date on competitor activities, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the SME sector.
- →Devise and implement strategic business solutions that promote upselling and cross-selling of Jobstreet.com’s products and services, meeting both JobStreet.com and client’s focal objectives.
- →Analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
- →Collaborate with internal teams in creating customized account plans driving growth, exceptional service, and retention.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management, preferably with SME clients.
- ✓Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- ✓Ability to devise and implement strategic business solutions.
- ✓Proficiency in analyzing sales performance tools and reports.
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
