About the Role
The core function of the Account Manager role is to provide tailored employment advertising and talent sourcing solutions and consulting services to a portfolio of corporate clients in NSW & ACT.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate sales revenue for SEEK through a dedicated sales effort focused on increasing business with existing customers through the consultative sell of products, increase in product diversity and value-add services
- →Responsible for the client’s product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution and increased product adoption and penetration.
- →Maintain on-going contact with, and provide a high level of customer service to, decision makers, stakeholders and talent acquisition teams in corporate client organisations, in order to demonstrate return on investment and maximise sales opportunities
- →Maintain and update Salesforce with all sales activities, contact and company details
- →Achieve revenue sales, customer contact and activity targets
- →Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
