About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join SEEK’s Personalisation team. This role involves leading the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions, working on challenges like developing candidate representations and personalising user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end personalisation initiatives
- →Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions
- →Develop and refine ML models
- →Run rigorous evaluations including A/B tests
- →Ensure performance, fairness, and reliability in production
- →Provide mentorship and technical guidance
Requirements
- ✓Experience with AI and machine learning
- ✓Strong understanding of data science principles
