About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on shaping the next wave of growth across Asia for SEEK.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take part in the team that is tasked with solving some of SEEK’s most challenging strategic questions
- →Conduct deep-dive analytical studies and data analysis to support the delivery of strategic projects
- →Conduct cross-country external market research
- →Build financial models and business cases to assess and build support for opportunities
- →Monitor regional KPIs and conduct detailed competitor analysis
- →Lead project modules relating to the execution of our strategy for SEEK Asia in key functional areas (e.g. Product, Sales & Ops)
Requirements
- ✓Work closely with Strategy Leads and leaders across regional markets to analyse trends, assess opportunities and build strategies that accelerate SEEK’s ambition
- ✓Gather data, design frameworks and communicate insights that guide leadership decisions and influence cross-functional outcomes
- ✓Join a collaborative strategy team that connects local market and central functions to deliver projects driving our regional growth
- ✓Provide clear recommendations and well-executed initiatives that move key metrics within your first six to twelve months
