Solution Architect at SEEK

As a Solution Architect within SEEK’s Customer Architecture domain, you’ll sit in the Connect portfolio—focused on how employers and jobseekers interact across our Jobs Marketplace. Reporting into the Architecture function within SEEK’s Technology division, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and guiding the technical direction of complex initiatives, aligning architecture with strategic priorities and enabling product and engineering teams to deliver with confidence. This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery support. You’ll be trusted to bring clarity to ambiguity, balance competing perspectives, and enable solutions that make a real difference at scale.
