About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support business growth by building talent pipelines and identifying qualified candidates across various positions. This role works closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to streamline the recruitment process and minimize delays in filling key positions.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
→Build and maintain talent pools for current and future positions
→Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, and professional networks
→Conduct Boolean searches and leverage advanced sourcing techniques
→Create and optimize Boolean search strings for different roles and requirements
→Perform initial candidate screening and assessment
→Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities in the ATS
→Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
→Analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies based on data
→Research industry trends and competitor talent landscape
→Collaborate with the TA team to optimize sourcing processes
→Partner with TA Consultants to understand position requirements
→Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify ideal candidate profiles
