About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Area Vice President of Sales, EMEA Central to join our Sales leadership team at Semperis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach and develop a team of 5 to 8 Enterprise Sales Directors
- →Generate net new ARR according to established company goals
- →Lead a high-performing team through effective mentorship and guidance
- →Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
- →Develop an annual sales plan in support of regional growth
- →Plan and manage sales forecasts, communicating progress against targets
- →Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals
- →Be involved in complex deals to help negotiate and close in a timely manner
- →Build strong internal collaborative relationships with various teams
Requirements
- ✓Cybersecurity industry experience
- ✓Proven leadership experience in high-performing sales teams
- ✓Understanding of the information security channel network of partners
- ✓Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients
- ✓Ability to travel (about 20-30%)
- ✓Startup organization background
