About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect Team Lead at Semperis to lead and manage a team of Solutions Architects in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and business development teams to deliver security and identity products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, calibrate and upskill a team of Solutions Architects
- →Own onboarding and ongoing enablement plans for the team
- →Orchestrate PoC/POVs, including scope, success criteria, timelines, and resource plans
- →Lead RFP/RFI responses and security/architecture reviews
- →Assist the team in managing escalations to mitigate risk
- →Ensure quality and consistent execution of Solutions Architect activities
- →Help standardize discovery guides, demo scripts, and other documentation
- →Provide structured product feedback to Product/Engineering
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years managing high-performing Solutions Architect teams
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a strategic Solutions Architect in IT or cybersecurity
- ✓Proven record driving complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- ✓Strong discovery, whiteboarding, demo storytelling, and executive communication skills
- ✓Strong people management, coaching, and development skills
- ✓Deep working knowledge of Active Directory with experience in environments of at least 10,000 users
- ✓Awareness of identity and access management and infosec product landscapes
- ✓Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 is a bonus
- ✓Multiple language skills beyond English fluency preferred, including Spanish, German, or French
