About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for turning bold ideas into tangible prototypes, building and implementing AI solutions using ServiceNow technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build & Prototype — Develop proofs-of-concept, demos, and accelerators showcasing custom applications, AI Agents, LLM integration, and data workflows on ServiceNow.
- →Technical Delivery — Implement apps, integrations, flows, data integrations, and prompt engineering. Ensure POC environments are securely configured, data is pre-loaded, and integrations are ready for demonstration.
- →Experimentation — Test and refine model performance, prompt design, and agentic automation.
- →Documentation — Maintain technical documentation, reusable scripts, and setup guides for repeatable delivery.
- →Collaboration — Work cross-functionally with SCs, Architects, Customer Excellence and Product Specialists to ensure successful handoff and scalability.
- →Scalable Assets — Take best use case assets to be repeated and scaled in our internal skills library to speed up time to delivery and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow platform
- ✓Knowledge of Now Assist, Workflow Data Fabric, and platform automation
- ✓Strong understanding of AI Agents and LLM integration
- ✓Experience with prompt engineering and data workflows
- ✓Ability to develop proofs-of-concept and demos
- ✓Technical documentation skills
