About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our ITAM Content Service team. This role involves building end-to-end features in our Content Infrastructure using the latest technologies and integrating ServiceNow capabilities with cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build end-to-end features in Content Infrastructure using scalable designs
- →Implement and optimize AI model services and integrate Generative AI models
- →Design and develop applications within the ServiceNow platform
- →Develop custom ServiceNow Service Portal widgets, pages, and applications
- →Build APIs, microservices, and user interfaces for AI-powered features
- →Implement prompt engineering and RAG strategies
- →Learn the Asset Management product and help design, develop, and enhance curation workflows
- →Collaborate with Product Management, Application developers, Content Curators, and quality team
- →Handle firefighting on infrastructure or operational issues at short notice
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow platform
- ✓Knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies
- ✓Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude LLMs
- ✓Strong programming skills and understanding of best practices
- ✓Experience with APIs, microservices, and user interfaces
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent issues
