About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team at Moveworks. This role focuses on shaping the future of our Enterprise Search product and search platform using advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development of search platform and infrastructure that enables Moveworks Search to scale to billions of documents
- →Partner closely with other PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to identify critical platform needs
- →Translate ambiguous problems and user feedback into clear product specs and success metrics
- →Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and research, turning cutting-edge developments into strategic product bets
- →Develop scalable platform capabilities to power internal teams and customer-facing applications
Requirements
- ✓Technical and strategic product management experience
- ✓Ability to partner cross-functionally to build foundational capabilities
- ✓Strong understanding of AI, particularly in search and enterprise applications
- ✓Experience with product development and performance evaluation
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
