About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, CRM for Public Sector Products to join ServiceNow. This role focuses on scaling our CRM business unit by developing product strategies and go-to-market plans for public sector AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-quality enablement content describing product innovations with a focus on AI workflows for public sector missions
- →Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes to influence product roadmaps
- →Develop best practices and assets to drive product and AI adoption at scale
- →Drive public sector AI value and adoption strategy, including data strategy for missions
- →Promote the public sector industry AI products vision with industry influencers and partners
- →Work with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, release themes, and customer adoption plans
- →Support pricing and packaging efforts to optimize market adoption of new products
- →Define and execute new product launch strategy with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, particularly in CRM or public sector products
- ✓Strong understanding of AI workflows and generative AI technologies
- ✓Ability to develop product strategies and go-to-market plans
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development
- ✓Knowledge of pricing and packaging strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
