About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to generate new business sales revenue from software licenses within mid-market customers. This role involves territory planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and regional sales plan
- →Partner with the marketing team to implement marketing plans for growth
- →Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- →Arrange and conduct initial product demonstrations and presentations
- →Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap
Requirements
- ✓Experience in software sales, particularly with software licenses
- ✓Strong understanding of territory planning and business development strategies
- ✓Ability to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
