About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive to oversee the market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows products. This role involves engaging with assigned accounts and driving new business development across a significant portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee development and growth of assigned accounts in the Telco industry
- →Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and regional sales plan
- →Build relationships with C-suite personas across CRM products and solutions
- →Arrange and conduct executive discussions and position meetings
- →Collaborate with Solution Consulting and extended teams to deliver product demonstrations
- →Develop clear roadmaps and capabilities to promote customer experience
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding their Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap
- →Lead CRM opportunities while collaborating with Core Sales Teams
- →Present CRM Workflows offerings to prospects, customers, partners, and at industry events
- →Articulate customer success strategies to streamline platform presentations
- →Prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities
- →Sales process management and opportunity closure
- →Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales, preferably in CRM or workflow solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of the Telco industry
- ✓Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- ✓Excellent relationship-building skills with C-suite executives
- ✓Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
- ✓Knowledge of ServiceNow products and solutions
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
