About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on guiding customers through their post-sale journey to maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive business outcomes by guiding customers through the entire post-sale experience
- →Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- →Drive adoption and product utilization across accounts
- →Develop personalized success plans for each customer
- →Lead issue resolution by monitoring customer health and addressing risks
- →Drive innovation by sharing customer success stories and creating new use cases
- →Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure cohesive customer experience
Requirements
