About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Central team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis to drive meaningful business outcomes for our Major Area Sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead forecast reviews with second-line managers, designing and maintaining forecasting models
- →Transform complex sales data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- →Own pipeline health analysis, utilizing dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs
- →Consolidate and synthesize data at the Area level to provide comprehensive performance insights
- →Manage account assignment processes for the Area, ensuring accurate allocation of accounts
- →Support master data management initiatives, ensuring CRM data accuracy and consistency
- →Serve as a trusted analytical partner to leadership, using data to drive strategy and results
- →Lead special projects focused on organizational development and strategic initiatives
Requirements
