About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our ServiceNow Platform team within the Conversational AI business unit. This role focuses on building scalable systems for Virtual Agents and integrating them with third-party messaging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes
- →Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery
- →Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize functionality
- →Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite
- →Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- ✓Experience with software engineering architecture and processes
- ✓Strong understanding of code reviews and unit testing
- ✓Ability to work with product owners to understand requirements
- ✓Experience with test automation
- ✓Knowledge of Virtual Agent and messaging channels
