About the Role
The Customer Excellence Group (CEG) at ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant (Security Operations, Risk & Resilience) to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role will work with customers to drive adoption and business outcomes, addressing key challenges and delivering best-practice solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage technical delivery streams within large ServiceNow engagements
- →Facilitate process re-engineering and optimisation workshops
- →Act as a domain expert in Security Operations, Risk & Resilience
- →Architect scalable solutions and present technical concepts
- →Create detailed user stories, test strategies, and solution design documents
- →Configure and develop automation workflows and domain-specific solutions
- →Ensure consistent quality through technical oversight and testing
- →Support pre-sales by leading scoping, solutioning, and estimation discussions
- →Contribute innovation and best practices to global CEG and product teams
- →Mentor colleagues and guide customers and partners on technical excellence
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Security Operations, Risk & Resilience
- ✓Strong technical background in ServiceNow platform
- ✓Ability to lead design and build across diverse stakeholders
- ✓Experience with automation workflows and technical design
- ✓Skills in user stories, testing, and solution documentation
