About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional and motivated Presales Solutions Architect to join our dynamic presales team. This role is fully presales-focused and exists to make our partners independently successful selling Moveworks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a deep technical subject matter expert on the Moveworks platform for partners
- →Activate partners to independently sell Moveworks by teaching them how to technically qualify, scope, position, and design solutions
- →Build and maintain repeatable partner-facing assets, including technical playbooks, reference architectures, and solution patterns
- →Design and deliver technical enablement for partners across multiple formats
- →Evangelize Moveworks technology and architecture at partner events and industry forums
- →Help define, evolve, and operationalize partner readiness models and technical standards
- →Identify recurring partner challenges and gaps, and proactively address them
- →Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Product, and Presales teams to align partner strategy
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of platform internals, integration patterns, and supported architectures
- ✓Experience in technical enablement and partner ecosystem development
- ✓Ability to teach complex technical concepts and influence outcomes through technical credibility
- ✓Experience with creating repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and readiness frameworks
- ✓Proven ability to coach partners and shape how solutions are sold
- ✓Experience in technical escalation and subject matter expertise
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
