About the Role
ServiceNow.org is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from software licenses within the Mid-Atlantic/DC Region. This role focuses on building relationships with non-profit clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a sales plan
- →Drive ServiceNow.org brand awareness and campaign
- →Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- →Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of the sales strategy
- →Retain and grow existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement
- →Cultivate customer relationships by understanding non-profit strategic growth plans
- →Demonstrate operational excellence across forecasting and account planning
- →Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on ServiceNow solutions
- →Elevate 1-2 customer success stories to the Head of Sales for external publication
Requirements
- ✓Experience in software sales, preferably in the non-profit sector
- ✓Strong territory and account planning skills
- ✓Ability to develop and execute business development strategies
- ✓Experience with field-based sales activities
- ✓Understanding of non-profit organizations and their operational needs
- ✓Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
