About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This role focuses on prospecting new accounts, expanding usage within existing customers, and ensuring customers get value from the NOW Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- →Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone
- →Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers and challenges
- →Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities
- →Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business and ensure renewals
- →Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners
- →Provide timely and accurate information to management
- →Work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics
- →Mentor team members and work on collaborative projects
- →Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation
- ✓Experience in enterprise sales, ideally over the telephone
- ✓Ability to understand business drivers and challenges
- ✓Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills
- ✓Experience with Value Selling sales process
- ✓Ability to collaborate with extended sales team
- ✓Strong forecasting and planning skills
- ✓Experience with KPI metrics and sales targets
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings
