About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the ETG Product Operations and Innovation Sustaining Engineering (POISE) team. This role involves resolving support issues and tracking performance metrics for ETG Products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Resolve L2/L3 support issues for ETG Products including Technology Workflows, AIX, and DevX
- →Track and address incidents and requests in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
- →Monitor Key Performance Metrics using ETG and DT Ops dashboard
- →Ensure all SLA metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction are met
- →Communicate with other teams regarding product support needs and goals
- →Work with Engineering teams to understand new feature releases
- →Gather and share customer feedback and recurring support issues with Product teams
- →Provide insights and analytics on metrics, recurring issues, and feature prioritization
- →Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to track and analyze performance metrics
