About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on resolving technical issues for customers using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Resolve technical cases created by customers
- →Answer technical questions about ServiceNow software and platform
- →Provide support through various technologies including web, chat, email, and telephone
- →Use diagnostic tools to isolate potential causes of issues
- →Manage and resolve challenging issues, coordinating with additional teams when needed
- →Provide input on process and product improvements
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and all core functionalities
- ✓Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and customer support skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
- ✓US citizenship, naturalization, or permanent residency required
- ✓Must pass ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS, credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test
