About the Role
The Customer Outcomes Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform across various workflows to achieve customer outcomes. This role serves as the functional and technical expert during customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- βParticipate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes
- βDesign and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success
- βProvide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees
- βAdvise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes
- βGuide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks
- βProvide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers
Requirements
- βExpertise in ServiceNow Platform configuration across IT, Customer, and Employee workflows
- βStrong understanding of technical architecture and leading practices
- βExperience with workshop facilitation and process assessment
- βAbility to provide technical oversight and testing
- βExcellent documentation skills
- βCommitment to maintaining skills and certifications
