About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Associate to join our global People Team at ServiceRocket. This is a hands-on role in Sydney designed for a recent graduate who is eager to learn recruitment in a fast-paced tech environment. You will be a culture ambassador, identifying the next generation of team members who embody our values.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit and hire top-tier talent for our Crew Member network, internship programs, and full-time roles in our Australian office
- →Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements
- →Collaborate with Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and other teams to deliver a successful hire experience
- →Maintain metrics, trackers, and reports to provide accurate statuses
- →Work with vendors for employment background checks
- →Create and support college recruiting and career development programs
- →Promote the ServiceRocket brand in events
Requirements
- ✓Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
- ✓Growth mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- ✓Natural communication skills and ability to articulate ServiceRocket’s mission
- ✓Tech-savvy with experience in G-Suite and interest in recruitment tech
- ✓Resilient and proactive attitude
