About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge the gap between LLM research and a polished, user-ready product. This role focuses on driving the development lifecycle of voice-based personal agents, ensuring novel capabilities are delivered on schedule and measured against real-world performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM projects, from research milestones to production deployments
- →Transform subjective user feedback into objective metrics and datasets
- →Design and implement technical evaluations to address field issues
- →Track internal and external feedback to ensure resolution in subsequent iterations
- →Maintain the technical roadmap for voice-based capabilities
- →Ensure cross-functional alignment across teams for a cohesive user experience
Requirements
- ✓BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- ✓3+ years of experience managing LLM research or AI/ML product cycles
- ✓Solid technical understanding of LLMs and voice-based interfaces
- ✓Proficiency in Python for evaluation logic and data-handling scripts
- ✓Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different functions
