About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to support customer growth and retention across the Americas. This role involves both customer relationship management and operational execution, ensuring smooth internal processes and high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers across North, Central, and South America
→Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers and maintain structured account plans
→Identify and execute sell-in opportunities to drive customer growth
→Coordinate onboarding for new customers and ensure smooth handoffs from Sales
→Lead recurring customer touchpoints including business reviews and project updates
→Gather customer feedback, address issues, and drive resolution
→Track customer health and proactively mitigate churn risk
→Manage stakeholder mapping and keep an up-to-date view of decision makers
→Create, update, and manage customer contracts and coordinate contract workflows
→Maintain key commercial records and ensure data accuracy in CRM/ERP
→Support invoice-related communications and monitor renewals and key dates
→Prepare customer-ready documentation and maintain shared folders/knowledge base resources
→Support internal reporting and ensure compliance with internal processes

Requirements

✓Experience in customer relationship management and operational execution
✓Strong understanding of contract management and internal processes
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Ability to track customer health and mitigate churn risk
✓Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and data management
✓Experience with invoice-related communications and financial processes

✓Strong organizational and reporting skills
