About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team at SGS. This role is responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and providing SGS solutions. The Inside Sales Account Manager will build instant rapport with customers over the phone and be knowledgeable about all SGS service offerings to deliver expert customer service.

Key Responsibilities

→Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
→Build instant rapport with clients over the phone
→Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills to discuss SGS capabilities and unique features, benefits, and services to customers
→Answer client questions and provide supporting documentation via email
→Continually keep up to date on SGS service offerings
→Lead generation through bid site monitoring
→Conduct discovery sessions with both qualified and unqualified leads
→Develop leads and convert into sales
→Bid follow up to determine outcome
→Close sales and achieve revenue target
→Contact prospective and existing customers to discuss needs
→Practice active listening to understand and identify client needs and determine potential opportunities
→Maintain lead and client inquiry database in CRM
→Assess client needs against capabilities of SGS
→Provide proposal and opportunity intelligence to the Business Development Manager and Operations Manager
→Represents SGS professionally and ethically in the marketplace
→Continually develops personal selling skills, acquires industry knowledge, broadens expertise in environmental service offerings and applies them
→Develops a network of industry contacts
→Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times
