About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our EHS Sales team. This dual-impact leadership role balances team orchestration with direct revenue generation, focusing on high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and coach the inside sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- →Establish and enforce clear KPIs and daily activity standards
- →Manage EHS leads, ensuring 100% are assigned and contacted within 24 hours
- →Oversee qualification and pursuit of high-value bids annually
- →Drive revenue within State, Local, and Government & Municipal sectors
- →Utilize CRM dashboards to monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks
- →Partner with regional Sales Managers on complex bids exceeding $1M
- →Cultivate long-term partnerships with government procurement officers
- →Analyze bid outcomes to refine sales strategies and improve win rates
- →Serve as a subject matter expert on SGS capabilities
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales management and leadership
- ✓Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales KPIs
- ✓Ability to manage high-value bids and strategic opportunities
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of government procurement rules and industry standards
- ✓Ability to analyze bid outcomes and lead response data
