About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Aviation Compliance Division. This role involves managing various operational aspects including reporting, planning, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full operations of Aviation Compliance Division
- →Prepare monthly business commentary reports, status reports of service delivery and execution
- →Preparation of forecasts and budgets
- →Manage the timeous planning, scheduling, and complete execution of work after a sale is confirmed
- →Process management and improvement
- →Expense control
- →Staff management and performance management
- →Problem solving
- →Implementation of and compliance with the SGS Management System requirements
- →Work closely with support services including Technical, Sales, KAM, HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement
- →Attend management meetings
- →Strategy development and execution
- →Training of staff and sub-contractors where relevant
- →Client liaison
- →Other reasonable miscellaneous duties assigned by your Manager
