About the Role
We are seeking a Patient Recruitment Representative to join our clinical research team. This role involves directly engaging with potential panelists to secure their participation in clinical research studies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contact potential panelists from the database to explain our business and current studies
- →Screen panelists based on medical history and study-specific requirements
- →Schedule, track, and adjust panelist appointments for research studies
- →Collect information to expand the potential panelist database
- →Track and maintain subgroup requirements for assigned studies
- →Provide standard reports on personal deliverables
- →Communicate study issues and resolution attempts
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve recruiting goals
- →Participate in company marketing events for potential panelists
- →Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Excellent customer service and phone manner
- ✓Moderate to advanced problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and conflict resolution
- ✓Ability to work with Principal Investigators and clinic staff
- ✓Basic clinical grading knowledge
- ✓Desire to assist teammates in achieving recruiting goals
