About the Role

We are looking for a Global Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth for SGS Food services. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with key international accounts and expanding business opportunities globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive sustainable global growth of SGS Food services by leveraging local affiliates and global technical governance
→Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with global and international key accounts
→Increase global revenue, profitability, and market share with major multinational clients
→Ensure successful global delivery of client-specific programs and complex projects
→Identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within designated accounts
→Collaborate with International Solution Managers, Regional Key Account Managers, and technical experts
→Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s organizational structure
→Define and develop strategic account plans for each client
→Drive the strategic growth and development of allocated Key Accounts
→Represent the SGS network professionally in client discussions and meetings
→Manage deployment and enhancement of global co-operative agreements
→Investigate and resolve client concerns or complaints
→Identify and mitigate risks relating to performance and client expectations
→Build strong global relationships with SGS technical teams and local sales teams

Requirements

✓Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the food services industry
✓Strong understanding of global business development and strategic partnerships
✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✓Ability to manage complex projects and meet contractual obligations
✓Experience working with multinational clients and stakeholders
✓Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
✓Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
