Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the corporate sales team to understand client requirements and pain points
- →Synthesize information to assess the best configurations for client accounts
- →Manage the complete account set up process from A to Z
- →Answer ongoing client inquiries related to onboarding and implementation
- →Provide feedback to corporate sales and account management teams
- →Maintain all corporate client information within Salesforce
- →Serve as the primary orchestrator of client relationships
- →Own accountability for follow-through on client requests

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- ✓3+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management
- ✓Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams remotely
- ✓Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- ✓Consultative selling skills with strong understanding of client needs
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong organization and focus with ability to work under pressure
- ✓Familiarity with CRM solutions, especially Salesforce
- ✓Technical aptitude and quick learning ability
