About the Role
We are seeking a Controls Testing Specialist to join our newly created and centralized function within Risk Services. This bank-wide role will support the Head of Controls and the Controls Testing Team in assessing, monitoring, and strengthening internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use information and data to assess, monitor, and strengthen internal controls
- →Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and decision-making processes
- →Identify areas for improvement in control operation, design, and testing
- →Enhance efficiency by removing manual effort and identifying areas for systemization
- →Integrate AI solutions to improve control testing processes
